Sorely disappointed in the changes
I have been a retired law enforcement Unreal attender in the past. I attended this game supposedly because it was honoring first responders. I didn't see any honoring. I had bragged to my date about my past experiences at Raley Field. This was our first ballgame together. The monitor no longer plays replays. There were controversial calls the fans would like to have seen. Your announcer was not very inspiring. The food concession wait was ridiculous. I spent 1 hour waiting to order, and even longer to get my order. Everyone around us were complaining as well. I have a great deal of managerial experience in both the private and public sectors. Whomever came up with these changes does not understand customer service and is very short sighted. They (and any focus group that was consulted) have made a severe negative impact and should be replaced. I was told these changes were new. What happened. I don't know if this critique will get to Unreal's management, but it should be forwarded.
